One of the first things I do when I begin working

One of the first things I do when I begin working with a new client is set up these 5 custom audiences in their Business Manager.

1️⃣ Website traffic - I make sure the Facebook pixel is installed correctly on all websites and landing pages.

2️⃣ Email list - You worked hard to grow your list. Let’s upload those names and emails so you can specifically put ads in front of those on your list.

3️⃣ Instagram account engagement - We can target anyone who has engaged with your IG account in the past 365 days.

4️⃣ Facebook page engagement - Same as above but with your FB account.

5️⃣ Video views - This is an audience of those who have watched a certain percentage of your videos on FB/IG (either all videos or only specific ones).

These are truths our church continues to teach:

1. Identity ➡️ 2. Relationship ➡️ 3. Purpose

In that order.

We usually try to force it by going in the opposite direction. (i.e. - If we do what we're supposed to do, then God will approve and then we'll know who we are.)

But it doesn't work that way!

🌴Delightful Ads began as a result of discovering and truly embracing the gifts God has given me and using them to serve others.

📔 I not only like journaling, but it's become a regular part of my morning routine.

My favorite part of my day is mornings spent either sitting in bed (when it’s cold outside) or in my backyard (on warm mornings) with my journal, Bible, and pen in hand, ☕ coffee on the side table, and my two dogs 🐕🐶snuggling close by.

Gratitude, prayers, goals, to-do's, highlights of yesterday, pretty much anything on my heart.

😍 It's my favorite way to spend time with the Lord.

I love what I do! ✨And my desk is my happy place

Don't get me wrong...I love being active--hiking🎒, snow-skiing🎿, weight-lifting💪, and spending time with my family💑👦👦👦 and friends.

But get me in my zone of working with details and servicing my clients, and I’m a happy girl.

I love the journey of growing my business to support faith-based entrepreneurs in their vision!

I don't know about you, but my growth in my relationship with my Creator has brought continued clarity in my calling and my passion.

God has continued to show me who I am, how He's gifted me, and what my purpose is in this amazing life.

My personal mission statement is to love and honor Jesus by joyfully using my gifts in service to others to impact His kingdom and make a difference in this world.

Delightful Ads began from a place of personal discovery of understanding and embracing my uniqueness.

Too often, I desired the "greater gifts." I used to long for the gift of teaching or faith or something TOTALLY different than the gift of administration. (Ugh! How boring does that sound?!)

But when I began to embrace the gifts I've been given and the truths He has already spoken over me (and not seeing them as "less than"), I was able to experience so much more joy and understand His will in my life more clearly.

God has continued to give me great vision for my passion and calling, and I'm excited to use these quirky, detail-oriented, organized, structured, and unique gifts to serve other believers and support them in THEIR God-given vision for their businesses.

Life in alignment with our Creator is so much greater than we could have imagined if we had chosen to do life on our own terms.
